Great oyster knife. I have used many different types over the years, and I must say that this one may be the best yet. Rubber handle is great to prevent slips while shucking. The quality in the steel is evident.

I’ve tried the cheap store, brand versions and they always bend or break. I bought a Victoria Knox version as seen in my last photo that has held up for the past several years with no issues. I needed an additional so I decided to purchase this one since I use a lot of the Bubba products on my offshore boat. I actually like the Bubba knife better than the Victoria Knox, due to the nonslip. Grip handle is much better and they bend at the tip is not so pronounced that to me, makes it easier to open the oysters.

I work in a professional kitchen that has an oyster bar and on average, I shuck over 350 oysters a day. This knife is incredible. I’m using half the force I used to with other knives. It’s easy on my joints. The curve and sharpness makes it easy to open even the hardest oysters. I’ve used it at this high level of use for almost a month and it holds up so well. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Highly recommend this knife!

The curved tip of this knife is really something. I didn't believe it at first when a buddy brought one over, but after using his, I immediately bought two. The grip is also much better than most of the cheaper knives on the market.
