15 minutes to put it all together and instal. Not difficult at all and minimal tools are needed.I removed the water pressure regulator since I want full pressure and this thing doesn’t let you down. Finish is good and I am very satisfied.

If you have an existing shower head and wish to upgrade to a real rainmaker PLUS a shower wand, you should consider this product. It's price is at or below that of many other similar products I surveyed. I was very pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to install. If you are handy at all, there's no need to hire a plumber or handyman. My shower is tiled so I was concerned about the possible need to drill through tile in order to firmly mount this fixture. Turns out the lower foundation comes with an adhesive option that is instantly and effortlessly secure, even on raised relief tiles like mine. The Either - Or - Or Both flow settings let you control the deluge for a truly luxurious shower. Your water charges may go up because of extended showers, but that's on you.

My wife is short and this item is perfect because the diverter for shower head and wand is low. She wouldn't be able to reach the diverter or the wand if these were positioned up at the shower head. She choses to use the wand as her "shower head".How does the water flow work? The inlet water from up high travels down inside the unit to the diverter then either is directed to the wand or travels back up a second internal line to the shower head. No need to have separate water flows and a diverter from behind the shower wall.Decided to attached the item's lower wall stabilizer to the shower tile with screws rather than the accompanying adhesive. Installation wasn't a problem. Screws make a more secure hold.In a month of usage, have not had any clogging issues as reported by other reviewers.Am happy with fit, finish, and functionality.

The rain shower was outstanding and felt like a luxury spa treatment, the only thing missing was the body sprays. I highly recommend this product. It was easy to install and was one of the least expensive of its kind. The only cons I would add, is that the misting function of the hand held shower was not to my liking, but others may like it. The misting function makes the misted water cold. Also, I haven't owned it long enough to judge the adhesion vs the screwdown version of the install. I did the adhesion version. All-in-all an outstanding product. I bought this one for the master bath; I'm going to buy another for the hall bath.

I'll start by saying that the product itself is high quality and a very nice fixture compared to a lot of other options out there. My issue is with the instructions, which tell you to apply teflon tape to the brass fittings and 'tighten' if you have leaks. This issue is that this could be a very high risk installation for homeowners if they make a mistake. The connections to the main shower line are done in the wall. If your installation of the brass fittings is leaky then you will get water dripping in your wall each time someone showers and that will likely lead to drywall damage and/or mold. There is a specific method for applying teflon tape that will allow it to work. Doing it wrong may actually cause a leak. The instructions are pretty silent on this. I did have a small leak when I installed and luckily noticed it on the first use. The had to re-do the job with a new fitting, teflon tape, and some pipe dope to be extra sure a leak would not occur going forward. I also kept a eye out for any new signs of a leak for a while after to be sure.In summary, it's a great shower head and it's not too challenging to install if you know what you're doing. My only complaint is that the instructions may indicate to DIYers that it's as simple as wrapping some teflon tape around a brass pipe thread when really it is more complicated that that and a mistake at this step could be very costly.
