If you have cameras, drones and/or other electronics that you need to keep dry this is the bag for you! Put it to the test with an epic adventure to Costa Rica and can confirm this is 100% waterproof and can be used as floatation device. Went canyoning in 2 different canyons and this bag kept d850 and lenses safe and dry and made navigating large pools easy by keeping me afloat! Have piece of mind and get this bag!

For everyone complaining about the zipper. This is a waterproof backpack, try the Yeti Hopper cooler and you will find it has the same zipper. There is resistance in closing because it is creating a waterproof seal, if you want a smooth zipper, don't come looking for waterproof. This backpack has loops for you to hold while opening and closing all zippers. I have received multiple comments on how good this backpack looks. I use it while commuting on bicycle, and like it a lot. I wish there were padding in the laptop compartment. I highly recommend this backpack

This is not a long term review as I’ve only had this backpack a week. I bought it for an upcoming trip (October 2023) to Florida and the Bahamas. My wife and I travel to Florida several times a year visiting the theme parks and it practically rains every day. We always carry a backpack to keep our cell phones, car keys, wallet, money, jackets, etc. Our stuff has gotten soaked several times throughout the years. Some things I like about this backpack is the overall size and capacity. Although it doesn’t have a lot of pockets for organization, you can fit a ton of stuff in it. We don’t carry a laptop but there is an area for one. I’m 6’2 and weigh 240 and the backpack is comfortable. The straps are wide and don’t dig in and there is good padding on the back. I like that the material is not cloth and it can be wiped clean. That will be nice for the beaches in the Bahamas. There are 2 water bottle pockets that are stretchy so they should fit a variety of sizes. Overall the backpack seems well made and the zippers feel very durable. I have tested it for waterproofness with a garden hose and it passed. I’m hoping it does the same in Florida. If not, I’ll update my review.
