This is loads of fun!!! Comes with 4 balls, 2 headbands, a threading needle and extra strings for replacement, a storage bag. And just love the packaging that looks like a gift box. The balls come already with the string threaded. All you have to do is adjust to your arm reach. Written instructions are included as well as a QR code to see the instructional video. It's really fun to try to punch or strike the ball. I'm still working on my eye and hand coordination. It's awesome for my 8 uear old and working on those motor skills. :)

My kids love this and I can’t wait to get better at it. It’s hard at first, but it’s definitely fun and I love that. It comes with four balls and two advances so more than one person can do it at a time and I like that it comes with replacement strings and directions on how to replace it.

It takes time to figure out where you want to tie the ball, because it depends on your height and arm stretch. Then it takes practice to get the hang of punching the ball and getting a rhythm going. Once you get all that settled out of the way it is a lot of fun to play with and gives you a nice little work out.It's a great value because it comes with 4 balls and a carrying bag. It comes with only 1 adult headband and 1 child headband. I wish it came with just 2 adult headbands. The balls are soft and tennis ball sized and the elastic rope seems sturdy and is quick to snapping back. Overall I enjoy using it and recommend this to any one at any age that wants to work at getting better with hand and eye coordination.

Strikkrz Boxing is so much fun for the whole family! The balls are easy to attach, and the strap fits comfortably, making it a breeze to use. It comes with plenty of replacement balls, which is a great bonus. While I definitely need more practice, it’s incredibly enjoyable and a great way to stay active. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, it’s an engaging workout. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and challenging activity!
