Worked perfectly for my 13 foot Boston Whaler trailer...but it's more like 12 feet not even close to 20 feet..

I keep a small aluminum boat on a trailer and the winch strap was old and frayed to the point where it was unsafe to use anymore.Winch straps are something most people overlook but they should be inspected regularly and replaced periodically.This is a perfect replacement strap for my lightweight boat.Be aware that although the strap has a load limit of 3,300 pounds that doesn’t mean you should use it to winch a boat that weighs that much onto a trailer.In fact my boat and motor weigh only about 600lbs fully loaded, so this strap’s load rating gives a good safety margin making it an ideal match for that little boat.Hardware on the strap is good quality and the strap itself is sewn neatly from good quality nylon.To be clear, this is a trailer winch strap, meant for winching loads such as boats onto trailers.It’s not a tow strap meant to tow disabled vehicles.I realize that some other reviewers intend on using this as a tow strap but that’s not what it’s intended for and using it to tow or to un-stick a stuck vehicle could be dangerous.3,300 pounds isn’t a high rating if you’re trying to yank a vehicle with it.Don’t risk injury by using this strap to tow with.It’s a winch strap and a pretty good one.Use it on your winch but not to tow with.

I have nothing negative at all to say about this tow strap. It's extremely well made, it's heavy duty, and I trust it to get me out of a bind in nearly any situation.The overall construction and strength of this tow strap exceeds any that I've owned, or used, previously. I really love that it comes with shackles, and a carrying bag. So far I've only had to use it once, to pull my buddy out of the mud, but it's no worse for the wear. I expect that I'll get a lot more use out of it this winter while pulling people out of the snow.It's pretty heavy for a tow strap, but that's not a bad thing... There's still a lot more maneuverable and easy to use than a heavy log chain. I'd recommend this one to anyone with an off-road vehicle, or a 4x4. I trust it, I trust that it will perform as expected when I need it. I'd buy it again.
