I use this for pour-over coffee. It’s easier if you can see through the mug so you don’t overflow the cup. Bonus feature is that the exterior doesn’t get hot! You can microwave to heat the contents with no problem! Size is great, a generous latte!

As I have stated when reviewing another double walled mug, these are lovely in every way but BE WARNED, they are very fragile. A slight knock in the cupboard or when washing them up etc. will leave you with a pile of broken glass with these very unforgiving mugs. However, take care and they will reward you with coffee that always tastes better, somehow, from glass rather than normal ceramic mugs.It's weird at first to be able to hold piping hot liquids without getting your fingers burned, but you'll soon get used to it. Just watch you don't burn your tongue!!!To those that incorrectly think these are made from plastic, they are completely and utterly wrong. I suggest you plastic believers break one, you will then truly see they are made from glass!

Contrary to some reviews this mug does hold 19ozs (right up to the brim) as described. I bought to use with my Tassimo, fits perfectly and keeps the drinks hotter for a long time. Not sure about using in the dishwasher as it is quite thin so will hand wash. All in all it is a good buy. Regrettably since this post I did try it in the dishwasher and it came out broken so I would reverse my decision of 5 stars down to 3. Could not return as it was a pile of broken glass. If anyone from this company is reading this pls send another free of charge as it states it IS dishwasher proof ( false advertising!!!)
