They look just like the pictures. Good quality, don’t look cheap.

I loved the color and the subtle embroidery, but they have a plastic heel, which made them clip-clop. I can't stand clip-cloppy shoes. They are also not for thick calves.

I'm happy with these boots. They look very nice and they fit true to size. Due to medical issues my left calf and foot can sometimes be larger than my right and so at times the left boot feels more snug. I'm hoping that over time the material will soften up and feel a little more forgiving and the snugness will not be so evident for me. (I did not take this into account when giving my rating, just sharing for those who may have similar issues or larger calves) I've worn these boots with shorts and with dresses and both style choices look super cute. These boots are suede so they are definitely a fashion piece. They are comfortable and I am able to wear them for extended periods of time without discomfort. I feel the price point is fair for what you receive. I'm thinking of ordering these in red leather. Very happy and would recommend.
