This is a good set of SDS Plus bits. They are priced decently, especially for 4-blade rebar cutting bits. Nice case and good performance.Speed wise, they are just ok, in non-rebar embedded concrete my German made DeWalt 2-blade bits did cut faster. Country of origin is China while most other quality bits from brand names are made in Germany.Hard to tell so far about longevity so far.In summary, these perform well and are priced right but you pay for that by not getting German made bits.

Bosch makes great stuff and these do not disappoint. I have had lots of concrete drill bits in the past and they usually wear out after a couple holes. I have used one of the these through 10 holes so far and it is still going strong. The only problem with Bosch items is that they cost more than the others but you get what you pay for.

Anyone who has drilled concrete before knows the pleasure and fun it involves:) Having high quality bits rather than generic included bits or a cheaper set really makes a big difference. Aside from being able to drill through concrete far easier with my hammer drill and these they do seem to do a better job at pulling out the concrete dust for those deeper holes (aka less stopping to manually blow it out and get that fantastic cloud of concrete powder spew on up).I have found myself using concrete screws more than traditional anchors lately. Anchors have more flexibility but screws are quicker and have a better hold that straight up nails. The biggest issue I have encountered is free handing the drill patterns for shallower screws. The longer it takes you to drill, the more it wobbles, the slightly bigger the hole becomes and the slightly less hold that screw has. Stripping a concrete hole with a screw is an easy and somewhat one-way thing so is really annoying when it happens. Then you have to either go up a screw size or use a slightly wider threaded screw. These by cutting faster and easier have decreased my rate of that happening greatly. Now part of that is just them being new, new bits always start out well. Still concrete is quick to dull and so far these have really held up well and cut better than any of the screw manufacturer bits or lower masonry bit sets I have had. Also, if you are new to drilling concrete don't try it with a normal drill, use a hammer drill it is the only way these things are designed to work effectively.

I used these to drill through some brick and the tips didn't last 5 mins before I was drilling with a blunt nub.

I was very impressed with the rate the bit goes thru concrete. It was nearly as fast as drilling thru wood with a wood bit. The extra pair of teeth are the reason. It is also the reason it is more expensive, but it is worth it.If the concrete has any rebar, these are a must! I tried a usual 2-tooth bit, and chipped a tooth off. (Good luck trying to sharpen that!) These 4-teeth bits will slow-down when encountering rebar, but just be patient and let it eat its way thru the steel. No damage to the bit. I'm sure it needs to eventually be resharened, but the rebar doesn't trash the bit.
