I had a deep wall to drill through for 1” pex and needed a guide hole so I could go with my larger bit (1.125”). Worked great on the three holes I drilled through the 18” thick foundation. Would buy again in a second . Delivery was as promised .

it seemed like a good idea to first use a shorter bit, like 12 inches for starting the hole through the concrete walls, so that's what I did. The 24 inch bit is obviously long and thin. Starting the holes with the shorter bit resulted in no problems at all, except for the expense of buying two bits. Actually there were more bits involved with my drilling, because I was using the 3/8 holes as pilot holes for 3-inch holes, so there was the 12-inch bit, then the 24-inch bit, then the larger 3-inch core bit, all of which went well.

I just used this bit to drill through a brick facade with a block wall behind it, about 18-20 total inches of masonry. My bit had brazing over the end of the carbide tip give it a bit of a rounded appearance and I was a little concerned based on other reviews here. The brazing on the tip DOES NOT MATTER! When I was done drilling the hole, I looked at the tip: the brazing had clearly worn away and exposed the carbide underneath that was doing the work drilling the hole with no problems at all.Don't worry about the reviews talking about the brazing being excessive. The brazing material will wear away and expose the carbide cutter during the first hole you drill with the bit.

Es un excelente producto, tiene mucha resistencia, la punta es muy dura y se desgasta poco, la distancia es la más larga que hay
