Wish I had one of these ages ago, but the clamp loses it a star. It doesn't seem to open or close enough to grab on to much beyond doors. Gets to be a pain when you have something high up you want level or there's no door around. I guess that's why they sell the tripod, so you have to keep accessorizing.

I ordered this laser level to help install a set of shelves in my office. Before buying a new tool I always check reviews on tool sites and YouTube before ordering. After a bit of research, I discovered the Bosch GLL25-10 was highly rated.In the past I’ve used my small, medium or large hand levels to hang pictures, shelves or even cat furniture on the walls. After one use of this tool, I was asking myself why I didn’t buy one of these years ago. I own several tripods on which I could have mounted this level, but just clamping it to the edge of my open office door worked perfectly. I adjusted the level up and down the door as needed to raise or lower the level.I also like having both the horizontal and vertical laser lines to keep the shelves level horizontally and to keep all the shelf ends lined up vertically. The red laser lines were clear and bright and made hanging shelves very easy. In addition, this tool is very well made and reflects the Bosch level of quality I have come to expect. I would highly recommend this tool to anyone with picture or shelf-hanging projects.

If you're doing any kind of tiling, as we are, you simply cannot do it without some kind of laser level. Not can you do it without the cross-hair. The Bosch was recommended by everyone I know. A contractor friend says he can leave any other brand out at a job site safely, but the Bosch's always disappear. He takes that as an infallable recommendation. I didn't the odd little clamp but had to buy it as it was included with the cross-hair level. The clamp is oh so necessary. The level only works if it's within 5 degrees of level, So you have to be able to get it up very close to the heights of the level lines you want to make. You'll need a tripod for most fine tuning, but when the tripod is still too short, you can use the clamp to attach the level on the edge or top of a door or anuthing else thicker than about 1/2". Tricky to get the level at just the right level using the clamp, so use a tripod wherever you can. Best tiling tool Ever!!

ofrece lo que promete, es para trabajos pequeños principalmente, colocar alguna repisa, algun panel, puerta, etc, para trabajar principalmente en interiores, marca reconocida, recomendable por el precio.si quieres alguno para exterior, recomiendo laser verde.

Trabajo la tablaroca y es excelente para la elaboración de muros y plafones, es muy básico pero es muy una excelente herramienta de trabajo.

I haven't used a laser level like this in the past, so i didn't want to spend hundreds. You definitely get what you pay for, this has a pretty weak beam that doesn't reach 30' in the daytime, and the self levelling works by having the LED emitter suspended on a little pendulum that hangs inside the box. It works great on vertical surfaces, but if you are trying to lay out lines on the floor or something, or lay out landscaping edging on the ground, it is really hard to work with.Overall this could be a much more useful product with a bit better design, but for 30 bucks its a pretty good deal. The clamp/mount uses a standard 1/4-20 tripod mount screw, and its almost worth it just for how nice that is. I have put it on my camera tripod for a few projects as well.

Creo que es un buen producto para utilizar en proyectos del hogar, nada tan elaborado que requiera una alta precisión. La relación calidad-precio creo es justa puesto que no se está comprando un dispositivo de uso profesional. Una clara desventaja es que su uso está condicionado al ambiente de trabajo y el uso de un triple lo que incrementa su costo de operación. El nivel debe estar por debajo de los 4 grados de inclinación hacia cualquier lado o de otra manera no funciona correctamente, el brillo o potencia del láser es visible dentro de un cuarto pero no lo suficiente para exteriores. Overall es un buen dispositivo a un precio justo. Pero ahora que lo pienso talvez hubiera invertido un poco más en uno mejor que pudiera utilizar para proyectos más grandes o en exterior.

Sirve muy bien pero no trabaja solo, se deben tener conocimientos básicos para poder nivelar correctamente. Utiliza baterías AAA para que también lo tomen en cuenta.

En general es un buen producto para proyectos en el interior de tu casa, la luz del laser NO SE VE NADA en exterioresno funciona si el aparato no está nivelado, debieron integrar en el equipo una burbuja de nivelación

This product was used for hanging several pictures on a wall and helped with making sure they were both where we wanted them and they were straight. Has a nice attaching clamp feature which will hold it steady. Took one star away on versatility as the clamping device is slightly limited in what it will clamp to (size and shape). Tried attaching it to the side of an 8' tall aluminum ladder. Because the ladder is just flat sectional fiberglass, had to improvise to get the attaching device to clamp correctly.
