I've owned the Cassiopeia set for almost 7 years now. I like them. They're tall and feel good in my hand. The design makes them easier to hold if your cup is wet or covered in condensation so it won't slip out of your hand. The exact same 4 glasses I originally bought haven't cracked or broken from use. They've been handled exclusively by adults so that may have been a factor. Those adults include me, friends, family, and roommates. They have been used around dogs daily and survived, perhaps by luck as well. But, they arrived thick, sturdy, exactly as shown, and don't show significant wear and tear. Of course I have knocked over a drink from time to time, but they're thick enough to survive being knocked over on the desk, table, or nightstand. The dishwasher cleans them just fine on the top or bottom rack. They look better when you hand wash them though. I couldn't have asked for more from a set of cups that look great and lasted 7 years so far. I kinda want another set.

I first purchased the double old fashioned version of these glasses. I loved them so much I turned around and bought these too. There’s an approx 3 ounce difference in these sizes; the cooler is slimmer and taller, but holds more.The style, quality, durability and price point is excellent. I will say for a daily drinking glass I ultimately prefer the double old fashioned, but only because it feels a bit lighter weight. The heft of this cooler size is fairly… well, beefy? My puny girl hands find these just a tad bottom heavy; I think the balance/feel of the double old fashioned suits me better. But this is kinda a happy ‘complaint’ as the glass is so stellar I’d enthusiastically recommend both. In fact, I’m going to buy the smallest version, the 11 oz rocks, here in a couple of weeks. I want to complete the set. They’re just that good. The way the angles have been cut makes these ideal to grab and easily keep ahold of. They catch the light beautifully too.But my #1 reason for purchasing these is they can be run through the dishwasher and live to tell; I have enough kitchen doodads that require hand washing so I demand drinking glasses that don’t need babying. These fit the bill and then some (tho I do only wash in the top rack).It’s a 5 star purchase for me but I must add I think it’s silly that glass products need to state they’re BPA-free (is this not the exclusive domain of plastics?!). And another small gripe that they don’t arrive in quite as much cushioning as needed to navigate the rigors of shipping. (But if you wanted to give these as a gift they do come boxed in a way where you'd only need to stick them directly in a gift bag; it's high quality retail packaging).

These glasses are not only beautiful; they are comfortable to grip. I use them every day. They work for milk or rum and coke! I highly recommend them.

Compré 2 sets de estos vasos para que hicieran juego con la licorera y los rocks glass modelo cassiopea que me regalaron. Ambas cajas llegaron intactas y los vasos también, ninguno estrellado o roto, debo aclarar que no son gruesos como los que venden en un supermercado y eso los hace un poco más frágiles pero con un uso normal y cotidiano no deberían de tener problemas.Recomiendo estos vasos y en general toda la marca Bormioli.
