Update, this is my third order as I have been consolidating and reorganizing my extensive library into two offices. I liked my first two orders because they don't slip/slide as smaller bookends do.I also use them to organize my desk when I am putting together file folders. Smaller bookends don't work in keeping things in place while I am filing letters, receipts, and statements. I just used the last of my third order and will soon order more. I am very happy with their versatility, sturdiness, and price. My offices have never been so well organized. They were great in helping me prepare my annual taxes.

These hold books nicely, large and small books. They are quality built and a good value for the money. These bookends are perfect for organizing and arranging your books.

For me, these have been perfect. Functional with no fancy stuff, built to last. A pair holds over a dozen large cookbooks well. Definitely would recommend if you don't need a fancy-looking pair of bookends.
