In the garment bag, there is one strap to hold hanging items in place at key folding points when the duffle bag is closed. I would like one additional strap in the garment bag near the top since this is where the bag folds over to become the top of the duffle bag. Really minor and does not detract from the overall function of the bag. There is also a hanger attached in the bag itself so items can be loaded while the bag hangs. The open top of the garment section allows easy placement of items on hangers. The fold over hanger flap has a zipper pocket for small items like ties that secures with a couple of snaps. As a duffle bag, there are some pockets for other items that are not on hangers. Inside, there is one zipper slip pocket on the end opposite the ventilated shoe compartment. Outside, there are two zipper pockets on the front of the bag, the side ventilated shoe pocket, a U-shaped end pocket on the other small side with a port to connect a power pack (although this is only USB-A and not updated to USB-C), and a document pocket on the strap that would allow this bag to slide over the handle of a rolling suitcase. My favorite feature of this bag is the way the garment bag zips up into the duffle bag. There is no gap where zippers close along the sides to also form a large u-shaped opening for the top of the duffle bag.The unique add-on feature this bag is the backpack. Secured in a zipper pocket on what is the bottom of the duffle bag are backpack straps that attach to corner loops, freeing your hands when using this bag. This works well and is comfortable to carry in this configuration. This is a great example of the three-in-one backpack garment duffle bag.

I really like this design of duffle bag/garment bag combo. This is my second bag of this type. This bag has a good look to it and it functions quite well, but there are two things that make it slightly less than 5 stars for me.The first thing is that it's shape. It is narrower than my other bag and it barely (and I mean barely) fits my size 42 suits at the shoulder. When zipped up it is quite a bit taller than my other bag. The result of this extra height is that it will not fit (upright) in the new drop down overhead bins on SouthWest 737's. You end up having to lay it on the side to cram it in to the compartment. It does fit in the older-style bins with the door without problem. The second thing is the d-rings that the shoulder strap attaches to. They aren't confidence inspiring in terms of sturdiness, and the d-ring keeps turning around so that one of the corners ends up being the attachment point for the shoulder strap. The shoulder strap was not at all comfortable, and I replaced it immediately. I would happily trade the built-in USB port for better strap and strap attachment.BUT, like other bags of this style, it keeps your clothes in good shape, and there's plenty of room for the other items you need to take on a business trip. Spare shoes, toiletries, casual clothes, and a lot more can fit into this case for an easy 3 or 4 day trip.
