One of my zipper broke trying to put it on the wire handle. I need instructions didn't find any inside. Still don't know how to get it put together

Not sure what these are made out of, but they feel like a fabric and wick moisture up to the top like fabric. They seem well-made and are easy to clean, but won’t work for the application I was intending them for due to the wicking characteristic.

I wasn't sure about the zipper thing, but the price was right I figured why not. Well it was so easy to zip up I couldn't believe it. It strained my flan mixture real well. I just started making flan and wanted to do it the right way. I find that if I put the seam that is smooth on the inside that I can use a wooden spoon to swish the remaining liquid that it all does drain. The mesh part is very fine like a cloth and not wired. I usually clean by just rinsing in mild Dawn dish soap and putting over faucet to dry. I also can put it in the laundry with delicates. I don't use special things to cook with, but I realized with this recipe I needed to strain it for the flan to taste right. Diana

I LOVE these bags. For years I’ve used jelly bags with the built in elastic that “rots” over time. I’ve tried cheesecloth which frankly leaves me with cloudy jelly. But these bags strain well giving me a clear juice which yields beautiful jellies. Plus they clean easily with the pulp just falling out and little remaining in the bag which makes them easy to wash with soapy water. The order came with 3 zipper bags that go on the hoop easily so no more hassles with stretching the elastic over containers. And you then just put the hoop over a big bowl or any container then pour whatever you need to strain. It’s easy to use and clean. So far mine haven’t stained either!

I've used a lot of strainers for berries when I make my Simple Syrups....this set is the best by far! Easy to clean...just throw them in the washer after rinsing the mesh in the sink. They come out white and clean like new! Great tool for those of us that make Simple Syrups and Jams/Jellies!!
