Does not really shape the body. I even got the smallest one. Super thin. The one I bought from Walmart works way better.

So I usually wear an XL in both top and bottom and I ordered a medium because I wanted to be “snatched” and really tucked in. I honestly think I could have ordered a small and maybe that would have been better for me. It’s extremely breathable and honestly kind of big around my thighs. If I order again I’m ordering a smaller size. It is comfortable, and stretchy. I am going to say if you want extra tummy control, order down for sure. It has a hole to pee out of but it’s awkwardly placed so if I need to use the bathroom I will be taking the whole thing off (it’s a little far back for me). The traps on the tops are adjustable with a pretty big range or size so they shouldn’t be toot tight for most people and you don’t need to wear a bra with it, though if you need extra support you might be more comfortable with a bra (I’m a size 48C for reference and don’t need to wear a bra with this).
