I have some fairly new neighbors, two ladies and one of them has an adopted daughter. They don't know how to drive so they don't own a vehicle, and depend on their relatives for all of their transportation. They were using my yard next to their driveway to walk on even when I had put down new top soil. The walked right through it. I bought some real cameras and put them up, but they never worked on my cell phone or laptop, but it kept them out of my yard. I took them down to have a tree limb trimmed so it wouldn't damage the cameras. Since they were good cameras, I gave them to Goodwill and bought these to use. These cameras have a red light that shines at night and are working great at keeping them out of my yard. They look real and operate with AA batteries. I'm very pleased to be getting good results with a fraction of the cost. Just had to explain to make a comparison from what I had and now these. I do recommend them. Hope everyone has the good results that I have from them.

In reality I give a negative rating and not even one star. The dummy cameras simply don't work. All they have to do is display a Red LED and they don't. New batteries, correctly fitted and nothing. Under 'test' in the instructions it actually states word for word '...........if the red bulb on means its a good dummy camera. If not, please contact us for free new ones right now'! An unbelievable statement but perhaps not given the tidal wave of chinese rubbish hitting the market.Don't waste your money on what to all intents and purposes otherwise looks like a prefectly satisfactory dummy security camera.

I showed a friend who bought real camera's and he said he'd be fooled. LED works in both lights, mounting hardware was great. I had to knock 1 star off because one of the camera's were assembled upside down, so I had to remove the screws from the elbow and flip it over, otherwise it would only be able to tilt up to the sky, or flipped over it would have its LED on top and the weather cap on the bottom like a rain catcher to flow into the battery compartment. It was a quick enough fix but an unnecessary hassle.
