It works great but just know there are better quality. Now PLEASE LISTEN:Do not bind more than 8-12 hours and take breaks every 3-5 days. IF YOU DO IT CAN MAKE BREAST YEETUS IMPOSSIBLE. This is because of scar tissue that builds from bring compressed so long.Do not sleep in your binder. You can seriously injure yourself.Do not get a size smaller than recommended, because the fit is perfect as is and is adjustable. If you are having a hard time breathing, take it off.Don't exercise in your binder and don't swim in it. People will tell you it's fine but if it shrinks, then you end up compressing more than safe, as well as you will have a harder time breathing.Stay safe boys, baiiii.

I wear size S t-shirts and this size S binder fits me very well! Adjustable size hooks are always a plus. I also like to pull the collar up a little to ensure the binder covers by chest. It's incredibly comfortable to wear, even after extended periods. The fabric is soft and the binder is breathable. It does a great job of giving a more masculine appearance to my chest. One tip from me - wearing certain types of clothing can enhance the binder's effectiveness. For instance, wearing a loose hoodie over the binder can give the appearance of a smaller chest, while tighter shirts may highlight the solid muscle appearance of the chest and shoulders.

Let's talk about comfort. The material is incredibly soft and breathable, making it easy to wear all day without feeling constricted or uncomfortable. I worn it for long hours in the past couple days, and I've never experienced any irritation or chafing, huge relief. But what truly sets this binder apart is its effectiveness. The compression is just right – enough to flatten my chest and give me a more masculine silhouette, but not so tight that it's suffocating. I love how it smooths out any bumps or bulges without feeling restrictive, allowing me to move freely and confidently. One thing I really appreciate is the design. The sleek and discreet design makes it easy to wear under any clothing without it being noticeable. Whether I'm wearing a t-shirt or a button-down shirt, this binder remains undetectable, giving me the freedom to dress how I want without worrying about my chest.Overall, I can't recommend this chest binder enough. It has truly been life-changing for me, boosting my confidence and allowing me to feel more comfortable and authentic in my body. If you're in the market for a chest binder, look no further – this one is the real deal!

If you're already advanced-intermediate, and are looking for ornaments or to sound like a particular celebrity, this is okay. Not what it says on the tin. In terms of generally playing through blues at a beginner-intermediate level this book won't be much more than a scale appendix.

I purchased "Blues Piano..." six weeks ago. It's a fantastic book. You'll need to know how to read music and have at least a basic understanding of theory to get the most out of it, but even a super-rusty, former player like myself can pick it up with some work. I love the practice examples: left hand patterns in a variety of blues styles, rhythmic anticipations, walking bass lines, triad voicings, etc. I find myself going back to them for warmups. They're fun to play and a far sight more enjoyable than running up and down scales- a key point. This isn't a static songbook that you'll eventually grow bored with. It's a library of patterns and progressions that you can go back to time and again for practice and inspiration.

I am a late starter on piano and like many others I imagine, have purchased numerous books trying to find the easiest and quickest way to success. After 9 months, I realise there is no easy way, it is purely by dedication and hours of practise that anything worthwhile is achieved.Having said that I have found that this book has made me want to stick at it and work steadily and methodically through it instead of dipping in and out of numerous others and I am really enjoying it.The accompanying cd is great as you can hear all exercises as they should sound and I like the way Mark takes you steadily through the left hand (you need to really work on this as it pays dividends later) before introducing the "interesting stuff" with the right hand. I try to practise everything I have learned daily before adding another exercise and have found that by doing this I am making good steady progress (my wife said she thought she heard Jools Holland in the front room the other day!) I don't generally write reviews but felt that this was well worth it. If you want to learn to play the blues while learning lots of interesting bits along the way, buy this book, I'm sure you won't regret it. JN.

I'm a blues guitarist and I'm in the early stages of learning to play piano, so I can't give the most credible of reviews of this book yet, but I can tell you that it's chock-full of really, really, REALLY excellent comps and vamps and licks. So far I'm only able to work on the simplest of the stuff early in the book, but I've listened to the CD the whole way through, and it's just one example after another after another of killer riffs, the kind of stuff that makes me think, "YES...that is what I want to be able to play." In all kinds of blues styles. This is definitely *not* a beginner book. As I said, most of it is still way beyond me. It's not a "here's what the half-rest looks like" kind of book, nor will you find guides for fingering. One of the first signs that told me that this book is still over my head is that it shows chords like, say, a 9th chord, with all five notes shown, in a key where it appears to me that there's no possible way one hand can hit all of those notes. Does the experienced player just hit a broken chord? Is it supposed to be a two-handed chord, even though it's shown in the bass clef, and there are also notes in the treble clef? I don't know.So this is a book for people who already have some piano playing ability. But the material is terrific, and there's a ton of it. If I can ever learn to play all, or even half, of the stuff in this book, I'll be a happy man.
