This is the only way I can be a nose ring girlie. I love the look of a nose ring, and was using a hinged nose ring, but the completely round shape caused my HEALED piercing to get infected/develop a puss-filled bump after only a couple of weeks of wear (I treated it with salt water soaks and changed back to a stud until it went away). I've been wearing/alternating these D-rings for months and have had no issues at all! You might need to bend the opening slightly wider if it won't fit, but otherwise, they are super easy to insert and clean. I can finally live that nose ring life without a bump on my nose!

I actually plan on returning these because of how hard they are to get in and seem very big.

The hoop is very round. I expect an L post to lay flatter against your nose. I could see this one out of my peripheral view.

So I initially purchased a “clicker” type hoop to change over my first piercing jewelry and it caused me to have major irritation and redness around my piercing site and even started to form a mini bump. I bought these in hopes they wouldn’t spin around all day in my nostril like the full hoop clickers did and they’ve done great. No spinning. No irritation. No mini bump starting. My piercing site looks great. So comfortable. I don’t even feel them. These were great for me to upgrade and change from my initial piercing threadless flat back. I got the 18g because that’s what I was pierced with and the size looks accurate. It took a small amount of effort and patience to insert these from the inside, but I used a bright light and mirror and took my time. I would definitely buy these again and highly recommend.

I had to bend the nose rings in order to fit them on my nostril. Although, they look really cute once fitted correctly. Very affordable and love the color variety!
