Works great. Would have liked bigger buttons on the remote and the one and off should be different. The remote should have some writing on it that identifies it, in case it gets misplaced, so someone knows what it goes with.

Got this for this Christmas. I do not like timers as you have to keep adjusting them, especially when the items connected have the own "intelligence/timer". We just wanted something so we could turn our outside decorations on and off when we felt like it and not go out in the wet and cold and risk damaging the outside receptacles due to plugging and unplugging constantly in the -C temps. This item is heavy duty, works like a charm and completely fills the bill for us. In fact, after a few days, we bought one for our parents.

Loved this product! It makes having outdoor Christmas decor a plug and forget deal. The distance at which the remote works is also astounding

I used the timer setting for the outdoor Christmas lights for 6 hours after dusk on my front porch for several days. There is a warning on the instructions about interference from other lighting that I also experienced. I go outdoors nightly with my pups in the middle of the night for their potty breaks, activating the motion detector lights on the porch. Once the motion detector lights turned off, the Christmas lights came back on, even after the original timing cycle was complete. It was an easy fix to adjust the setting on the timer to off and to use the remote from indoors to turn the lights on and off from indoors. I also plan to use the timing feature for the water fountain in my front yard this summer.

since they simply plug into an existing outlet, they couldn't be any simpler to use. Their plug goes into an outlet or extension cord, and the items you want to control get plugged into them. The controller is small and has good range. It has penetrated the walls of our house, but I did not test to see how much construction they would penetrate or how much obstructions would reduce their range. The one thing I would point out is that the controllers and receivers are on the same frequency, so you can't use two or more of them near each other to individually control appliances. I have them rigged to control big LED spot light panels way up in the trees of my yard, and they work great. However, If I turn on one, they all respond to the controller signal. For me, this is convenient, but I can see where it might be a drawback for somebody wishing to control a few items separately in close proximity. I just replaced one of them after over a year's use exposed to the weather because a nearby lightning strike left it unreliable, working only when it wanted to. Can't complain - nobody makes electronics that can survive a jolt like that. It's been nice to buy a product that works as it says.

De los 2 aparatos, únicamente funcionó uno, el otro no, aunque lo probé con otra pila nueva y en diferentes contactos, no funcionó, no los regresé porque además del problema de mandarlos, tenía que mandar ambos y como me urgía aunque fuese uno solo, preferí solventar la pérdida, pero sí me desilusioné mucho por ese defecto de uno de ellos.
