I had a relatively smallish dent in my hood, possibly from an acorn or sugar gum pod falling from on high. I made three attempts to remove the dent. I used a tab that was about the size of the dent, didn’t appear to - make a dent! 🤪 Then I figured, maybe I should try a smaller tab. The puller slipped out of the tab early and there was not enough pressure for it to do anything. I tried one more time and I really can’t tell if it minimized the dent. There are two different dent-pullers and two different glue sticks. I didn’t know one was for smaller and the other for larger dents. I happened to use the right one. Then I didn’t know the difference between the glue sticks and I probably should have used the other one. The instructions that come with the kit don’t specify, but the listing photos do. 🧐 I can’t say whether these tools work - maybe the dent I was dealing with didn’t meet ideal conditions or maybe it was user error. The instructions definitely could be better!

This tool worked great on certain dents, and not as well - but still worked - on others.My mistake to not take before and after pictures, but it completely removed - and I men without a trace - two fist sized dents.It also removed smaller finger sized "dings" to a great extent, but not completely unnoticeable like the others I did.On a more "complex: dent, one that was on a curvature of a fender, the tools were helpful, but there is no way a non-professional such as myself is going to get that type of dent out with this tool.The negatives to report are:1. Minimal instructions. The listing tells more about how to use the tool than the actual included instructions.2. The glue gun provides no way to remove a half-used stick, other than to push it through with anther stick. It is a cheap glue gun - but hey, it works!Bottom line: Paid for itself the minute it removed one dent.

I have a complex dent on the front passenger side and didn't want to pay a lot of money for something cosmetic. I was hoping to get perfect results but knew it was far fetched.... I'm still not going to get my dent fixed but it looks a heck of a lot nicer! After pulling for some time, I noticed that I was pulling out my unaffected headlight area so I stopped.I had a little dent from a mofo opening their door on my back passenger door so it's almost gone but stopped after trying to pull it 5 times.

Though the pullers look like metal, they are plastic painted like metal. The orange puller broke after 4 uses. I sent a complaint and did not get even a response.
