These stylish sun hats are beautiful and fit my 5 year old daughters perfectly! I love the elastic under the chin. The ring of flowers could do with one more stitch to keep it in place.

Ordered for my 4 yr old grandchild. Fits her perfectly and the expression on her face when I showed her was priceless. Just got it today but she has.not taken it off since I handed it to her. It comes with chin strap but she prefers tucking it up in hat and going without it. Very nice. Don't hesitate ordering this one! We got the pink and it's a soft shade. Very happy.

Maybe people in my family have larger noggins. Okay, no maybe about it. I purchased this for my 6 yo grandchild. It fits, but not for long. I think the elastic band actually makes it slip up on her head and makes it not fit as well as it would without it. I would remove it, if I could. It is a cute hat and she seems to like it from the video her parents sent. Definitely, if you can, measure your child's head circumference and consider that elastic band meant to accommodate different sized heads.

I used this as a base for my granddaughter's mermaid hat. She recently turned 8 and this hat fit perfectly. I slipped off the flower trim, which she enjoyed using as a headband. Sewed on some tulle, painted seashells and yarn braids. It held up well against the weight of the decorations. Kept the sun off her on a hot August day. Would definitely use again as a costume base.
