Worked great for stretching my 18g cartilage to 16g. Used some jojoba oil and took my time, it got a little tight but never hurt. DON’T FORCE it THROUGH OR IT WILL HURT. The en is definitely thicker than 16g gauge but it didn’t bother me much

Came exactly as described. I ordered the pack that included the 14G and 16G insertion tool and double checked the gauge sizes with a caliper; they were the correct size, and the curvature was perfect for changing out a VCH piercing. Can't believe I didn't buy this earlier!

I took my piercing out for 1 week. Yes, I knew better. The piercing hole shrunk. Taper came nicely packaged and got the job done. Only externally threaded taper I could even find. Thank you!

My nipple piercings started to close up during surgery and I refused to accept that- they REALLY hurt when I got them done and so help me I will go to my grave with these piercings. I bought these to slowly taper them back to their original 14 gauge size and they were perfect size, not cheap material, and the taper was gradual enough to make it painless.
