I had my home listed for 6 months and only one offer in one of the most upscale neighborhoods in town. It is a second home and I live full time in another city. I researched St Joseph. It seemed disrespectful to bury the statue and I was not in the location to do it. Researching suggested saying the 9 day Novena Prayer and the statue came with a prayer card. As I was reading the prayer and holding the St Joseph statue on New Years Day I received a text alert on my phone and got a strong sensation it was about the house. I completed the prayer and checked the text. It was my agent notifying me of a cash offer on the house. We have since negotiated and set a closing date. This is what I needed and it has helped my faith. Believe in miracles and prayer.
