It works great for clipping my cat's nails. He's usually so calm but when I clip his nails, he goes absolutely feral! The moment I put this muzzle on, He let me clip his nails with no problem and I didnt even need to hold him, he was very willing! There is plenty of room for him to breathe, in case your cat bites, the muzzle prevents them from biting as well, but mine didn't need it thankfully! We also used it on a stray that we picked off the street a while ago since we saw that he was starving and his owner had thrown him out into the street. It was winter and we couldn't bear to see him out there in the cold. However, we didn't know how trusting he was with people, especially since he's never gotten interaction before. This helped greatly!
