Came well packaged, impressed with diversity this machine offers, lots of options for blender, baking, meat grinding, etc so many options- and I was very excited! I finally brought this thing together and placed it on my counter, came with instructions so I followed them to the T, to quickly be disappointed as this did not work, I was not able to turn in on- I asked for help thinking it had a safety feature I needed to flip or a hidden button that I could not find but no, my husband check everything again , the cord and even the plug we were using , we tried 3 different ones just to be sure but nope this came in defective and does not start.I went back to the listing to find info for the seller and message them before I posted this but wasn’t able to find and email address or a number so not sure what to do from this point on.The price tag is way to high even if this thing was in working condition so I would not recommend at all. There is no option for a 0 star so I had to give them 1.

I grew up using the premium kitchenaid stand mixers. This is the first mixer I bought that is not.It is a sturdy workhorse; I’ll give it that. It made double batches of cookies and pies with no problem. No sloughing down in speed, making noises, or getting overheated.Big thumbs up on that!However.. there are 2 problems I have.1: The mixer paddle and whisk attachments are slightly too small for the bowl. They don’t get all the ingredients in the sides or the bottom of the bowl. They aren’t even close. With the kitchen aid there was less than 1/4 inch between the paddle and the bowl. This one; a good inch. I had to deep dive into the bowl with my spatula to scoop out the untouched flour, etc. This took so much time and was crazy messy.Problem 2: the pulse button is a great idea. But maybe put it in the other direction? It’s exactly opposite of the regular speed choices from a kitchenaid mixer. I keep hitting pulse instead of a slow start and flinging my ingredients out of the bowl from the fast pulse button. Yes, it’s a learning curve, and I’m on it! It’s a nice machine. Just not a kitchenaide.

This stand mixer has suction cups on the bottom to keep it sturdy during use. The accessories are glass and metal and of good quality. The blender sits on the top of the whole thing, and if you are NOT tall or your counters ARE tall, you will have a problem reaching into the top of the blender, because it sits up pretty high. With a standard height counter, the minimum height to really use the blender without having to stretch is probably 5 foot 5. Because it uses vertical space, this blender/mixer/grinder combination can save room if you otherwise would have all three appliances sitting out. You may not be able to use the cabinets behind it if you have it assembled. I did enjoy using this to blend smoothies while not having to put away the stand mixer and bring out a blender. The glass carafe with its metal blades was easy to use and heavy, and was sturdy on each of the speeds. This would be a good gift for a housewarming, engagement present, or wedding.
