The tie itself is fairly decent, as are the cuff links. They both look good from a distance, but a little bit less so when examined up close. The arm bands, on the other hand, I have no idea what to do with. These are not something I've ever seen on formal attire before, and I don't believe I'll be wearing them for any reason. What's next, matching headbands?

The really sus' brand name aside (you are going to do WHAT with your Wang?), this set is... not bad. Ok, so, all of this is to be understood that the whole set costs a fraction of what even a good department store tie would cost. The tie is pretty straightforward. No obvious odd stitching or bad cuts. The handkerchief is of the same material and has a somewhat uneven hem, but for what it is that is acceptable. The arm garters are an interesting touch. Not especially well made, but functional. I do take a certain exception to the cufflinks, they seem poorly made, especially the ferrule. But nothing about this set is especially luxurious. Formal, yes. Luxury, no. Overall the fabrics used are kind of scratchy with a semigloss texture. If the cufflinks were just a little bit better I would give the whole set a 5, but as a whole I give it a 4. No severe problems but particularly modest quality.
