Purchased for theatre group. They worked really well. Front of House, crew, and stage manager were able to communicate clearly and hear instructions, adjusting as needed. Recommended !

They are not expensive, just realize you'll probably only get a year or two of use. Still worth the price.

Ordered the 10 pak for a big event we were doing, a few didnt take the programing, replacements were sent out quickly. they all did the job, i have many Baofeng radios, these are cheap enough that if employees damage them the can replace with out a high cost.

Picked these up for a high school marching band competition for the director, coordinators, and volunteer stations. At other competitions we have competed at we've seen many other bands using these or the TID version of these. We tried it at a football game and at first we noticed interference with other band across the stadium even when changing channels.I did a little research and downloaded a program called chirp and reprogrammed all the radios to use other FRS/GRMS frequencies and ever since then they have been amazing. Crystal clear and battery lasted all day long. I literally turned my radio on at 0700 and didn't turn it off until 2330 and the battery lasted all day long with HEAVY use. We had clear signal all around the school grounds, inside school buildings, not a problem at all.I gave 3 stars for ease of use because of needing to reprogram them. It was definitely not difficult, just took a little research and about an hour and a half of my time to do 20 of them. Once I knew what I was doing it was very fast and easy. Next time it will probably take me 10 minutes to do 10 of them.The biggest and only negative in functionality is the included ear pieces are COMPLETE GARBAGE. Seriously, take them and throw them directly in the trash. I was ready to return all of these radios thinking they were the problem, but as soon as we removed ear pieces, they worked amazingly. I just bought a different set of ear pieces and hope they work better.Overall, if you need cheap radios that work well, have clear sound, and last literally ALL DAY LONG, then these are the radios for you. If you need more advanced radios or farther than a few miles range, you're going to need some more expensive ones.
