This set was exactly what I was looking for. I liked the light pastel colors and the words on the banner. The paper decorations were very pretty as were the size of the number balloons. One of the number balloons popped, but I don't believe it was the fault of the designers. I think it was likely overfilled. They are well made and you get a lot of pieces in the set for a reasonable price (all currently around $17). We had no problems with assembly. We reused the cake topper to put in flowers for the week. I was pleased with this set. I hope this review helps you!

Colors were pretty, my little sister loved them but those puffy things were weight and didn’t cooperate.

Opened the package up on the day of the party to find out there were no balloons in the package.
