If you're looking for durable, fabric or plastic multi-use banners, this isn't it. We used these for my son's Nerf-themed birthday party, the colors were perfect and you do get a lot of pennants! If the old adage "Time is money" rings true, then this was definitely a good purchase since it simplified one aspect of party planning in a big way. I didn't have to go to a craft store, pick out the paper @ .69/each, cut out the pennants, hole punch them, and string them as well. For a busy mom needing something to cover a lot of space, this was a win.

Quality is what you would expect and a good price. You can find birthday banners for so much cheaper on Amazon compared to Etsy and other places like Party City.

This is definitely not glitter! It’s just blue and orange card stock. The blue may have a tint of shimmer but 100% no glitter.
