These trays/pans are a nice solid metal with plastic lids to match. The lids are a perfect size for getting a solid seal, and at first, we're so snug and took a second to get on, that I did question if they were too small. They are not, just have a slight inward curve that wraps the edge of the pans for, again, a very nice seal. I do not believe these will be leak proof if you tip them, but they will definitely keep bugs out while barbecuing and keep moisture in if marinating. The two pans sit in one another which is a nice space saver while storing, and I plan on eliminating some larger pans I typically use when I BBQ, that take up triple the space with just one of them. I also love the black and red colors of these. It makes them unique, and it being one of my favorite color combinations, just all around a cool looking way to keep food when grilling. This is a set I would like to acquire more of in the future in order to expand on what I already have. The ability to stack and store, plus the good amount of room each pan/tray has will allow for both smaller and larger BBQ events, makes these very useful and convenient. So far, loving them.

This review is for the Deep Grilling Prep and Serve Trays with lid, BBQ Tray for Marinating Raw and Cooked Food.These trays are nicely built and perfect for BBQ. I used them to dry-brine some chicken for the grill and they were the perfect size and the lid made them fit nicely in my fridge. I've previously used baking dishes covered in plastic wrap. I appreciate that the solid lids on these trays allows me to stack them or put additional items on top. They're easy to throw in the dishwasher when I'm done and they're ready for the next cook.

It has worked great so far. Grilled chicken the other night and it was great to be able to carry everything on 1 tray. It also doubled as a storage container as leftovers were kept overnight.

I love these melamine trays for camping cookouts, grilling, and serving. I already had a set of flat trays, so I got these two deep trays with lids to add to my collection.These are almost impossible to melt so you can put hot foods directly onto them. They have drainage lines, so the food will not get mushy in its own juices while it rests. The lids keep insects out and moisture in.
