I just had hip surgery and this seemed like a great solution as far as padding for my car seat and improved ease in getting in and out of the car. Though it does work pretty well for the latter purpose (it does do a semi-decent job of rotating, even in a bucket seat), it has an unfortunate flaw: it is so thick that even with my electric seat adjusted to its lowest level, my head is almost brushing the ceiling of my 2020 Kia Soul-- and this is a car with a lot of headroom.In addition, the height of this cushion negates all the ergonometrics of the comfortable seat design; the lumbar and shoulder support hit in all the wrong places with this cushion in place. For these rteasons, this cushion does not work for me at all.

Fist things first - this thing is thick. However, I feel like it compresses well and offers some decent padding. The 'swivel' function is not nearly as good as I would have expected at this pricing point - not even close. I am using this for a pad on a stool that I use when practicing/learning guitar or when I'm playing around on my podcast computer. I am 200lbs, for a point of reference.Overall, it's ok, but for this price I would expect WAY more.

This circular black cushion came wrapped in clear plastic. It was already in its desired shape so it didn't take time to rise like some of these products do. I got this for my dad to put in his car to make it easier for him to get in and out of when he drives himself to dialysis. The problem was that it didn't swivel well at all, it was kind of lumpy, and it wasn't comfortable. We tried this both in the driver's seat of our large SUV (Chevy Traverse) and on our solid wood dining room chair and neithr one worked well. It was disappointing because it sounded like this could be a helpful tool. It missed the mark and I recommend passing on this item.

HAVE BEEN USING THESE IN MY VAN FOR YEARS. THIS MODEL IS BY FAR THe THICKEST AND MOST COMFORTABLE CUSHION I HAVE EVER USED. VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY SO FAR. A+++++++

This is a really great product that has helped my grandfather rotate in his chair while at the dining room table. It is pretty high quality foam and definitely very thick and high, perhaps unnecessarily so. It can be a little uncomfortable if your legs dangle, due to the stiffness of the foam and height. The main issue I have is the thin plastic base which seems like it could break if it's not on a perfectly flat or even surface, like a car seat. It's otherwise a great idea, functions well for now, and easy to use.
