I have been cooking and baking for many years. Of late, I am baking more bread. At $5 to $6 dollars a loaf, at our local markets, has made a baker boy out of me. (And as my beautiful wife will tell you, I am not a cheapskate.) I just don't think 5 buck a loaf is reasonable.The Bakken Swiss bake pans arrived promptly and were well packed. They are light enough and yet solid and heavy enough to be properly weighted for handeling and for heat retention and heat disapation. I use them with and without and oil / butter / grease. And they cook evenly and do not stick. No problem with flouring or sugaring the pan, they cooked evenly for pumpking bread with a well sugared pan and for bannana bread with less sugar and again no stick.As they do not stick, they clean up easy. I have been able to wipe my pans with a kitchen towl and use them again & again. I have used cast iorn, aluminum, stainless & enamyl pans. I like these the best. The 'They Are Just Right' Swiss-Bakken Bread Pans.
