Such a small mount I'd recommend following the manufacturers weight limits I have this mount for a cheap projector I have aimed at ceiling sobibcan watch movies laying down and it works flawless doesn't move the arm is very strong and had a high resistance meaning gotta use a little muscles to adjust at the price I'd say go for it didn't need to assemble anything came pre assembled

Eventually I'm going to hang my main projector from the ceiling using this stand/hanger/holder. Until then I thought I'd use it to put this little portable to better use. It is a very sturdy little stand. It comes with the necessary items to hang it. It is small and lightweight. At the same time it feels strong and sturdy. Whether you're looking for a portable stand or a more permanent holder this will fit the bill.

Easy to install but note that the 1/4" screw length is very shortThe product pictures makes it seem long but it is short (see picture)If your projector has a deeper hole or indentation before the thread will catch, it may not tighten or only use 1 to 2 turns which results in a risky mountThere is no way to remove the screw to add a different one, which is rather strange why they didn't just do that

We needed something to properly pose the projector in the bedroom and got tired or posing it on boxes and propping it at angles with books.This was exactly what we were looking for. The height adjuatability is great along with it's ability to swivel laterally 360 degrees. The arm is very firm and sturdy and can be slightly loosened with an Allen wrench(included) to adjust it. The stand screws into the universal screw port at the bottom of the projector to keep everything secure.Not only does it stand well and keep the projector stable, you are also able to mount the base flat against a wall if you so desire.I just wish the top where it screws into the projector would also tilt side to side for further fine tuning of the image to keep it level, however this becomes a non-factor if the device is wall mounted as the 360 swivel base will then allow for that sort of adjustment. No stars off for that.The price is great and this stand is great value thus far.
