My little guy just needed a good microphone stand and he is little enough. I didn’t want to mess with cords. This is cordless and not so loud to drive you crazy… feels like if he dropped it enough times it might break so not crazy sturdy, but still worth every penny

Do not buy!!I don't know why or how this microphone does this BUT you have to put new batteries in every time you want to play with it!!!My daughter can play with it in the afternoon leave it for a few hours or even till the next day as kids do. The next day or even after a few hours you must replace the batteries again!!! Honestly I have tried everything from taking them out, putting them back in, re setting, switching it off when little one is finished playing with it, put it on its stand, even take the batteries out till next play. Nope nothing works those batteries are dead!So if you have a little one that may use this every day stock up on batteries costing us a pretty fortune for batteries everyday.I am not exaggerating we need new batteries every single day for this toy to work.
