I have a couple of Avalanche sweaters, and I wear them constantly. I was hoping for the same minor obsession with these as well.First pros:- These are super soft and comfortable. This is the reason I'll be keeping them.- I think it is hard to find regular sweats these days that aren't joggers at the bottom. These have a nice boot cut type opening.Cons:- The picture makes it look like these aren't high rise pants. The model in the picture is wearing them below her belly button. I hate wearing pants up or past my belly button. These definitely need to be worn that way though, for me anyways, otherwise the inseam is hanging too far down and will chafe. Folding the waistband down a roll makes the pants too short, so I just folded the front part of it down, and it's working alright. It's not super noticeable that I'm doing that, so I will keep them. For almost $40, it feels a little steep to not absolutely love them, but they are very comfortable, otherwise.Lastly, not so much a con, but I do wish they had these in black. I would have chosen those. If I were to purchase another pair, I would probably try moving down a size to see if that helps with the midsection fit. I am currently about 7 months post partum, though, and am still working on losing some weight, so I went with a large. I am 5'6" and about 175, for reference. I was afraid a medium would be a little too tight. There weren't any other reviews yet, so I gave the larges a try.Overall, I'm a fan, but wish the mid section was a bit shorter, and fit like it does in the model picture.

Love these pants. Found my first pair at a discount store and liked them so well I purchased at regular price. Fit great very warm for winter. Definitely would buy again. Worth every penny!

These are very comfy but more for cooler weather. They run large so buy at least one size down.
