I love the phone it works great. The only problem I have is that the phone is missing the piece that holds the battery in place on the back. Thankfully I also bought a set of two more of the same phones. This is just a backup but I should still get what I paid for and have all the parts. I'm not doing a return and there is no other option to have the missing piece shipped. I'll just switch it when one of the other two phones die. Other than that great phone, far range, sleek design, lightweight, bright backlight makes it easy to read caller ID, very sturdy, and a lot of other great features. I would recommend this phone but you have to get the set that plugs into the landline outlet this is just to add to the two pieces set I ordered at the same time. They were also a great price.

I am a senior and have carpel tunnel syndrome and this was EASY to set up. I also often would pick up my phone without my glasses on and it was often a scammer.I have purchased two Robo blockers at amazon but this phone has a built in blocker.It also announces who is calling or announces there is no name on the caller ID.I think this is a perfect Father's day gift or for any gift to any senior because it is a great phone system.The main base must be plugged into a direct wall phone line, and not to phone lines- with connectors on them-, at least that is what worked for me.I put another hand set in my amazon cart today-because I also have a foot condition and it pays to have phones in 3 rooms, especially the kitchen, for safety ,when we are elderly and can't rush to an incoming call.What a Great Product!!!!!! As soon as battery was charged I called myself on my cell phone. And # but not name popped up.Well worth the price.

After years of using them, I've just retired two portable Panasonic phone systems, and am now trying out the AT&T 2 handset system. The phone audio quality is good(-) and the speaker phone is fair(+). The phones themselves are substantial and seem sturdy. The instructions are passable, but I have yet to be able to increase the volume on the handset using the instructions. My biggest gripe about this phone system is the idle display on the handset. The main highlight that the phone displays is which handset I am using (# 1 or 2) (which I could care less about). The time and date are tucked in the bottom corners, so I have to really look at the phone to see what time it is. The panasonic sets I had previously had a large display of time and date which I appreciated. It's a small gripe, but it just seems weird that which handset I am using is so important. I'll see how the phone works in the longer haul, but I will say that the initial full charging of the batteries took about 16 hours...time will tell...

Excelente teléfono. Leí muy buenos comentarios y al momento funciona perfecto. Se escucha muy claro. Tiene una función de ( Push to Talk ) PTT para hablar como radio entre 1 auricular y otro. No hemos probado la función de Screening porque no hemos agregado todos los números que quisiéramos al Directorio por tiempo. Aún no hemos usado la función de bloquear llamada. Es muy fácil revisar las llamadas perdidas y escuchar mensajes así como borrarlos.Aunque el lenguaje se puede cambiar a español, todas las funciones habladas del teléfono son en inglés, así que si tienes alguien mayor en casa, habría que ayudarlos..( más complicado si están solos sin ayuda )Me gusta el terminado madera y la calidad de los plásticos. Números grandes e iluminados.Sólo el Teléfono con la antena se conecta a la línea del teléfono, el otro auricular lo puedes poner donde tú quieras, sólo necesita conexión eléctrica la base y listo.
