Hice el primer pedido del equipo en Julio, la primera llegó con un pin faltante en el socket del procesador.Pedí la segunda a los 2 días, y hace un mes comenzó a apagarse sola.Ya pasaron los 30 días de "garantía de Amazon" y los productos Asus en teoría tienen 1 año de garantía.Pues resulta que Asus no quiere hacer valida la garantía por que fue importada por amazon, y no vivo en EE.UU. y Asus Mexico no quiere aceptar la garantía.Amazon tampoco contesta mis correos donde les pido que sean mediadores.Que procede Amazon?

Yes. I have rebuilt my PC 3 times in the last 3 months. Did I want to? Absolutely not!! I could not buy a motherboard or set of RAM stable enough to obviously not last more than a few weeks. Now, this is a VERY tentative 5 star rating but, maybe, just maybe this is the one??? I sure didn't want to pay $450 plus for a motherboard, but if it consists of actual quality and real stability, I'll obviously pay up.Just for a little background info, my CPU, 14700K, 1000W MSI PSU, 4070 Ti Super. Started with a TUF Z790 Gaming Plus Wifi. Most unstable product you can buy, at least for my CPU and nothing but RAM issues. I requested RMA but never sent it in because I kind of threw it after taking it out of the chassis. Oops. So that was obviously my loss and fault and I'm OK with that, BUT maybe if the mobo had been decent, that wouldn't have happened?? I dunno, just a thought.Second motherboard purchased one month later, ASUS ROG Strix Z790 A Wifi II. Supposed to be for 14th gen Intel out of the box. Well, it was OK some days, but most days was once again unstable especially with memory. So I decided to buy a new set of RAM. G-Skill Trident 7200MTs. Wasn't stable at any stock XMP setting until lowering the frequency. So Not 24 hours after installing that RAM the whole PC shut off. I don't know if it was the RAM or Motherboard so, I sent these back this time. I'm genuinely displeased and tired of playing this run around.So, I get my small once a month check again on the 1st and I buy this motherboard (I know you're thinking, why do you keep buying ASUS you idiot???) and a set of TeamGroup T-Force Delta 6800MT's and so far everything is going without a hitch. No memory errors, XMP actually works along with dimmflex. SO maybe the extra money was worth it, but time will tell because there's a serious lack of quality control on these high priced products which makes you company extremely untrustworthy.I hope this one works out

El puerto tipo c de 20Gbps salio defectuoso, ya que al conectar un celular o hub usb no lo detecta o se pierden las conexiones, investigando del tema es el detalle que tiene esta tarjeta madre, si la compran recomiendo que verifiquen todos los puertos, asus ya dejo aun lado su control de calidad, una lastima.

Todavía no hago la instalación de la tarjeta madre, pero al checar qué todo este en orden, la caja de la motherboard venía dentro de otra caja, la caja exterior no tenia marcas de golpes o daños, solo la caja de la motherboard, anexo una imagen, para estos productos se deben de almacenar con mucho cuidado para evitar dañarlos y que estos no lleguen al cliente en mal estado. Al abrír la caja de la motherboard, todo estaba intacto... por suerte, ya que no es un producto barato... recomiendo que compren los seguros que se muestran al seleccionar "agregar al carrito" para cualquier inconveniente qué se presente con el producto, poder solicitar un reemplazo o que se devuelva el dinero en caso de que presente daños o fallas después del mes que da Amazon para devolver los productos.Más adelante actualizare la información de este comentarios para ver que tal funciona en mi PC esta motherboard, solo espero que me llegue mi I9 13900KF y mi memoria ram para Instalar todo en estos días.Actualización: Ya llevo 5 meses con el producto y hasta la fecha sigue funcionando muy bien, lo tengo ensamblado con un I9 13900KF y 4 modulos de ram DDR5 CORSAIR DOMINATOR 6200MHZ, El único inconveniente qué veo... es que al activar la frecuencia de 6200MHZ en las memorias, a veces se cierran aplicaciones por ejemplo el chrome en el youtube, cuando estoy viendo un video se pone una pantalla de un error y tengo actualizar nuevamente la página para que siga reproduciendo videos esto solamente me pasa al activar la frecuencias a 6200 de las memorias, si lo dejo normal no presento fallas, desconozco si es algo de la motherboard o de las memorias, ya actualice las bios pero sigue presentando ese detalle con las memorias.

I was worried about buying a motherboard off Amazon... but it worked out $100 cheaper to do so. Painstaking 2 week ish wait, it all seems to be fine, 1.5 months later. SEEMS to be. 1-2 months obviously isn't a long time. But yeah.Note that if you put a nvme m2 into the top most slot cpu lane, it'll make the top most graphics slot run at x8 not x16. It's not a problem unless using a 3080ti or 3090, or 4090.
