If you buy from this seller (Xiyi Electronics)You will face warranty issue... When check the warranty on Asus web site showing only 6 month left....at this point of time the seller not sent me invoice...i reach out to the seller for invoice...the seller sent after 3 days...i shared with the Asus customer service representative he said this invoice is invalid invoice can't be accepted ...so I made request for refund...it's been almost a week the seller received the product back... however still no refund

The plug you sent me is a round one with two square ones, but the plugs in Australia are all three square ones, which means that the plug I bought cannot be used for charging. This is your responsibility. You clearly knew that I am from Australia, but you sent me a plug that cannot be used in Australia.

Llegó en buen estado , solo siento que aveces tarda un poco en arrancar o batallo para que la computadora reconozca periféricos

A mis casi 3 meses de uso (creo) , ya no recuerdo bien haha vale cada centavo calidad-precio , me corre todos los juegos a tope sin problemas a mas de 80 y con DLSS pues mucho mejor , eso si no uso ray tracing, en monitor 2k tambien la he probado un par de veces y los juegos no bajan de 60 obvio no superan los 80 pero pues esta bien para el precio repito, en mi caso solo la queria para cuando saliera de viaje y estoy mas que satisfecho, no he tenido ningun tipo de problema , tiene un poco de fuga de luz pero nada del otro mundo , la mia tiene un casi imperceptible coil whine,pero tienes que acercar la oreja para poder darte cuenta de el , y no , cuando juego tampoco se esucha .Muy buena laptop.
