As a parent with little kids, I’m constantly battling handprints all over my low windows and glass doors. I needed a quick, mess-free solution that didn’t involve buckets of water and a manual squeegee—and this handheld window vacuum did the trick! It’s super convenient, fast, and leaves the glass streak-free without the usual drips and puddles.The only thing that threw me off a bit was the water reservoir. You do have to empty it once it reaches the max line. Thankfully, I can clean quite a few windows before it gets full, but I do wonder what happens if it overfills (so far, I haven’t let it get that far).Overall, this has been a game-changer for keeping my windows looking clean with minimal effort. Highly recommend it to parents or anyone tired of smudged glass!

The item is fine and works well. However, the instruction booklet leaves out an important piece of information. On page 10 it shows the window vac connected thru a power adapter to a wall socket. It does not mention that the power adapter is NOT included. I brought this to the vendor's attention, and they replied that the same power adapter used with cell phones can be used here. They will incorporate that additional information in the next update to the instruction booklet.

I wanted a product that really cleaned windows and I am pleased with this electric window cleaner. It's easy to use. You use the sprayer first and and then the mop to scrub the window. Then you use the vacuum device to suck up the liquid on the window. I was thrilled because the windows looked clean with no streaks. I've only used this twice because, truthfully, I don't like washing windows. I could never get the windows streak free. Now I almost look forward to using this cleaner. I just wish there was a way to attach a pole to the vacuum part because some of our windows are too high for me to reach.

I’m in love with easy window cleaning. I have kids and pets and keeping the windows clean was always such a chore, until now. This turns an hours long job into minutes and it’s fun! Indoors and outdoors it works great. It’s even handy for cleaning other flat surfaces like cooktops and counters.
