I don't have keloids, I decided to try these because I am very allergic to any metal or plastic earrings I have ever tried in my pierced ears. I have tried everything, and it is always the same, I can wear them for about 15 minutes then my ears fester up and start running pus. I have worn these for 2 days now, with no problems so far. I am going to try to add a little dangle to the in a few days, something very light so they won't come off. So far, I have had no issue with them coming off. I am very happy, I already ordered more in a different color.
