The material is nice and this will be a great mid level layer under a winter coat. It also had pockets! The stitching is a little hit or miss but the zipper is good. It's a value brand and this is worth buying if you need a mid layer that you want to easily remove or add on without a lot of hassle. It looks fine as outerwear but won't impress anybody. I'm here for quality and affordability though, not a fashion show, so this meets my needs.

This is a very nice vest. It's wind resistant, waterproof, breathable, and very lightweight. It features a full length zipper and has two zipper pockets on the front. All the zippers are of excellent quality and do not jam or snag. This is an excellent vest for physical activity, or just to wear around the house. It features an attractive cut and a pleasing color. This is a stylish and versatile garment.

I like everything about this vest, which I'll scarcely notice I'm wearing beneath my various jackets and coats, but I especially appreciate the thin high collar, VERY important for me because if my neck feels even the slightest draft I don't care how warm the rest of me is. And there's a special touch to this collar I really appreciate - there's a cover over the top of the zipper, so there's no danger of its hard cold edge annoying my throat and interfering with the coziness.This feather-light vest is loose-fitting but not overly so, and tapers in slightly just below my hips, so that my upper body is completely and comfortably protected from the often frigid, and windy, New England weather. (See Pic). I won't even know I'm wearing this vest underneath my coats. I also love the color I ordered.
