Works great. Doesn’t come close to sliding off bag but makes it 100% easier to install/remove if necessary. No complaints

modèle de ressort plus grand que celui présenté (5.5inch au lieu de 4.6). je me suis pendu dessus sans problème en plus du sac de frappe et les 110kg sont largement dépassées...

I dont review items often but this deserves it...... I hung a very heavy bag in a log cabin and the place was shaking to bits with every movement. I under estimated the difference this would make, its great. I added some rubber just to reduce squeaking and creaking from the metal to metal contact but that wasn't really essential.I would have these fitted to every punchbag.

Bought for my 100 lb heavy bag that I hang from my basement floor joist, and it eliminated all noise completely

I hung a 100lbs punching bag for boxing. Its does SLIGHTLY stretch. Being that is a short spring (which is exactly what I need), the stretch distance wont be as much as a long spring rated with the same capacity.I hung my punching bag on a solid bracket connected to a concrete wall. and yes, it slightly reduces the noise. I also used rubber washers (additional to steel washers) between the bracket and the wall , and between the bracket and the bolts holding it up. SO its super silent.Ofcourse there will always be some "thudding" noise behind the concrete wall, but nothing too disturbing since its in the garage.If you are hanging a punching bag and using a bracket, I higly suggest a welded one, and not a bracket that is bolted together. Eventually a bolted bracket will start squeaking when the bolts arent tight.
