I purchased a tub filler three years ago, and was in the process of remodeling. As mentioned in other reviews, the threads where the tube connects to the floor flange get loose and will strip when you try to tighten it. This also causes the hoses in the tube that go to the faucet to unscrew, creating a leak. The faucet seems to have been updated, and those problems should not happen again. I sent a message requiring about warranty, and I was sent a new faucet after supplying a video to demonstrate the problem. I had to pay $25.00 shipping, but I didn't find that to be out of line. I appreciate the replacement faucet, and they expedited it so I could get on with the remodel.

Trouble fitting these as the tails are way to short, 2 extra tails still not long enough and join exactly where you don't need them as can't get through the bottom,

I bought this in 2022. I finally got around to installing it in December 2022. The install should have been easy enough however the water supply lines that came with the faucet are too short. The manufacturer knew about the issue with inappropriately sized lines as there was a card inside the box that said "If the supply lines are too short contact this email..." So I emailed as instructed and never got a reply from customer service. So I bought extension lines and with great difficulty got it to work. Everything looked great and was in working order. It is now April 2023 and the water supply lines have sprung a massive leak up inside the stand. I only discovered the leak when the water damaged the new bathroom floor and the subfloor beneath. I've now spent 2 days tearing out the soggy warped flooring and subfloor and replaced the subfloor. New finished flooring is on order. Obviously I am very unhappy with this made in China junk faucet. If you don't want to replace your flooring then don't by this junk!Hopefully the seller will do the right thing and refund the purchase despite being past the return date. A faucet should last longer than 4 months especially when it's only been used 4 to 5 times in as many months.Also, I am a home improvement professional so I know how to install this properly. I am very dissatisfied. Would give a less than zero star review if I could.

Gorgeous simple faucet, great value for money. A little difficult to thread lines, but we figured it out!

Faucet is very nice and they replaced the hose for us at no charge because it was too short.
