Knurlies are crazy expensive but a purpose-built solution for fast changing Eurorack modules. These are a fine substitute but are larger which can get in your way, sharp edged when your brush up on them, the nylon threads can cross thread and strip, and need a socket wrench or something if they get stuck on there. But they look fine enough, won’t mar your faceplates typically (?), and are cheap cheap cheap. Plus you can use them for a nonconductive standoff for mounting circuit boards as they were intended.If you have name brand original modules get the Knurlies of course, if you do clones/DIY then yes get these and maybe file the tops round for comfort (not when mounted of course).

Hate the high price of Eurorack nuts/knobs? These work really well, won’t scratch your modules (rack rash) and are cheap cheap cheap. The bolt part is a great size for your fingers and there’s plenty of thread to capture the nuts.Granted, Eurorack isn’t a poor persons game, but if you’re on a budget, grab these.
