What can I say about this? It works really well, battery lasts a good amount of time, and it captures all kinds of data. I wish this had some kind of liner that would allow you to adjust as for me its a bit loose on my finger, not enough to where I think it will fly off, but enough to wear I feel the ring could be a bit tighter. Be sure to order in your exact size and if you are between sizes, you should definitely go to the next size. So if you are say a 9.5, get a 10. The app works well and is easy to use. I got this setup and running in no time at all. The charging case is a good size and convenient. The finish is nice. It does scratch up, but it does work well and still looks good after using this a while.

This smart ring is a neat accessory to track activity and vital statistics. It is recommended to wear this ring on your pointing finger or your middle finger for the most accurate heart rate and blood oxygen readings, so you would want to measure the ring size accordingly for the proper fit. It comes with a magnetic usb charging cord as well as a clam-shell case that has an internal battery that can also charge the ring. It doesn't take much time at all for this ring to fully charge and a charge can last 4 to 5 days before needing a recharge. The ring is a flat band with a shiny stainless steel finish that looks simple and classy. The inside of the ring has the battery and electronics encased in plastic. So far the ring has been quite durable and works well most of the time. After a couple of days wearing the ring it stopped transmitting new data to the app, however it was still connected. I found that it began working correctly after updating the firmware from the app. Another time it stopped transmitting data, I found that it needed to be connected to the charger to wake it up and then it began working again. This ring seems to be accurate, however I don't have anything else to compare the heart rate or footsteps against, so I assume it is telling me the truth or close to it. The one thing that I found interesting is that the app does not have access to transmit data to Google fit or other health tracking apps, so it is purely informational; I suspect that this feature could be updated in the app over time. Overall I really like this ring and it is more comfortable to wear over a health tracking smart watch. It fits well and looks nice.

I did a brief comparison with my wife's apple watch, and the heart rate and blood oxygen differed only a little. The trends are more important to me anyway, and the ring's app is doing a very good job tracking things.Nice packaging. I like its little charging box with its own built-in battery. The ring's magnetic charging port centers itself easily in the box or to the cable without any fiddling. The light turned green when it was fully charged.I didn't think much of the instructions, it was simpler to just open the app and start playing with it. The mfg would do well to make a short video demo of the app. It's not that complicated, but there is quite a bit of data contained in it.Initially I turned off the app's notifications, but later turned them back on as I may need some nagging to get off the couch. So far the Android app works well, no issues. In the "sport record" section there's a "go" button, which I've been activating before getting on the treadmill. This appears to put the ring into full time measurement mode, rather than taking periodic measurements. When it's in this mode you can see the green light on the ring flickering continuously. Then when the exercise is finished there's a button close out this mode. This works well, as long as I remember to start/stop "sport record".The product description says the ring is sufficiently water proof for showering and swimming, for now though, I'm babying it.I got the rose gold, but it seems a bit closer to gold. The ring is a bit thicker than I'd hoped, so it looks a bit bulky on my finger. But I don't place much importance on these more cosmetic issues - so far it just works really well.

My wife got another brand of a similar ring. I used the sizing, and it worked out great!I suggest following the sizing guidelines! The instructions show a charging cable that's different than what I received. It's an upgrade from what I can see.Charging instructions say the light goes green when charged ... I let it charge for several hours, light never went green.I installed the app on my iPhone, put on the ring. It takes a few days for data to start making sense. This is true for any ring of this nature. There's a "right" way to wear the ring, meaning, it's supposed to sit in a specific spot to it can read from the internal part of the joint of your ring finger (non-dominant hand is recommended). I've worn a wedding ring for decades. I still notice this from time to time. It's much thicker than my wedding ring. I'm thinking about using some of my wife's finger nail polish on the underside so that I know where the sensors are (you can't see that when you're wearing it). Then I'll know if it's spun off where it's supposed to be. I haven't tried wearing it in the "wrong" position, although that's to come. I will see if the readings vary.I was concerned about battery life. I went 3 days and it used maybe 20%? or less? Long term results may vary. I did turn on more functions on day (1st part of the day), & after 48 hours the battery life consumption seemed about the same. Which makes me happy! It's a snug fit. I use a little lotion to get it off easily.I've used this in the shower, but just don't really like doing that. My iWatch can withstand a shower, I just don't like getting electronics wet.The measurements of step, heart rate, etc. match my iWatch within 10%. I'm not looking for perfect, rather trends. This does that well, which makes it a great value for the return on investment. Definitely much cheaper than an iWatch, while giving basically the same readings.Glad to have this in my electronics arsenal!

Impressive performance for the price! Tracks everything well and looks sleek enough to rival higher-end brands. Definitely a solid option without breaking the bank.
