It's pretty. It's somewhat heavy but not overwhelmingly so. It's nice to grip. It's now a welcome addition to my home workouts.

Ok, so I ordered this because the description that matches all 3 ring colors says: TOSAMC Dumbbell Hand Weight Bars for Women,3lbs Dumbbells Set of 2 for Walking,Workout,Pilates,Strength Training, GymHowever it turns out this is not accurate so beware. Basically they have one item with different options and what seems to indicate as 2 rings its actually 1 ring. The seller needs to fix this, also I think the price is a little steep for one ring to be honest. To clarify in hindsight it looks like the descriptions is being applied to the rings but is actually for their other product which is small dumb bellsAnyways, the good news, they are made very well, the rubber surface is great too...and last but not least I did not buy these to exercise, but I think they would be great for that for sure.I purchased to put in my inground pool! See our pool robot gets stuck all the time on the drains..did a lot of research and someone suggested putting similar weight exercise rings around the drains so the robot does not get stuck..and guess what works like a charm!!
