The assembly wasn’t too difficult and the lift up is very easy. I a very happy with how much I can fit underneath; however after only a month of use, it is extremely creaky and noisy. I am hoping that it doesn’t get worse, as I can tolerate it for now, but which it was quieter.

I was able to build this on my own in three hours with no problems. The panels look good, but if you bump them they don’t feel very solid. This doesn’t affect the sturdiness - I feel great sleeping on it and have walked on it (I weigh 215 lbs) with no issues.The hydraulics are a little tight when first using it, but it gets much easier as you lift it a few times. It feels totally secure (no risk of falling) when open. For how cheap it is, it provides an excellent amount of storage space while functioning perfectly as a frame.Just keep the dimensions in mind; this frame is shorter than my last one so I had to get new storage boxes to hold my stuff in.

Assembly took about 2 hours with two people. It was a relatively straightforward job. There was one small error in the instructions with the attachment of the hinge mechanisms to the frame, it showed the wrong hole to place one of the bolts. I would suggest using your own metric hex wrench and box wrench for assembly, the included tools were too small. The lift mechanism works well enough on the full size bed that we got. I question how well it might work on the larger sizes though. Overall, we're quite satisfied with the storage space that we gained and how well the bed frameworks. The only disappointing characteristic is the quote on quote wood panels around the frame. They are not wood. They are a relatively cheap wood print on a thin piece of particle board, looks good enough from a distance, not so good up close. But for the price I really shouldn't have expected any better. Overall a three and a half to four Star rating is appropriate.

This shop has amazing Customer service. My first package was taken from the package room in my apartment complex. They were nice enough to send me a new one.I believe the bedframe itself is 4 stars. It was pretty easy to put together. The only thing I had an issue with is the hydraulic rods. I couldn’t get the bed to go down, I watched a few YouTube videos on how to get them down but that is an adventure for another time.I am very pleased with this shop and the bedframe. I recommended them both to anyone who is hesitate to buy this frame.

It is a nice bed with the exception that the hydraulics didn't come with it and there is nobody to contact to get them looking on line to buy the separately is very expensive. Tried contacting the seller with no luck there.
