Not accurate for sleep or even heart rate during exercise. Swim stats (the reason I bought watch) way out of whack. Watch band awkward to do up and too big for tiny wrist. Had already returned 2 other styles of watch but faces far to large for wrist so thought this style would be better. Kept it because tired of returning.

I never write reviews but Amazfit's customer service was so amazing that I just had to! I bought this in April 2024 and a few months later it gave me some issues. I emailed Amazfit with the intend to find out where I could send the device for repairs. Next thing I know they're offering to send me a replacement. Thank you so much for great customer service Amazfit!Additional note: I accidentally put my watch in the washing machine and it went through a full cycle. This morning I switched it on and everything still works 100%. Couldn't be more impressed!

I am very happy with this watch. I have previously owned a FitBit so I have been comparing the two. I really like this watch and it's half the price of a FitBit.There are a lot of settings in the app that you need to make sure to change to fit your needs -how often you want heart rate measured, allow access to contacts, make sure you receive notification of text messages and notifications in any other apps that you want to receive. I just received a notification through Google on my watch about a tornado warning, so that was nice! I have a Google pixel phone and it works well with the watch.A couple of differences I noticed between this and the Fitbit are: constant heart rate tracking - this one tracks on intervals which you can set as you want to (1 min, or 10 mins) whereas the Fitbit tracks constantly. Yeah can also track heart rate on demand with the watch. Also this one tracks calories burned during activity whereas the Fitbit estimates the calories burned throughout the day. However I will say that the Fitbit was always grossly overestimating my calories burned anyway, so that feature was of no value to me. The Fitbit I had would often tell me I burned 2500 calories during the day. I am a 5'3 women, if I based my diet around that and ate 2500 calories I would gain a LOT of weight. I should be eating more like 1700 calories, even on days I exercise. So to me that feature on the Fitbit is not accurate. The band is comfortable and the watch face size is perfect - not too big or small.Battery life seems to be really good. I only lost should 10% of the battery charge throughout the day and I received a lot of notifications.Anyway this is a good quality product at a great price. I personally don't see much advantage with a FitBit over this and this is half the price. If you aren't very tech savvy then have someone help you with setting up the app and changing settings etc. to fit your needs.

Se me hace súper útil y practico, lo uso todos los días, me encantaría poder conectar mis AirPods, pero fuera de ahí, todo excelente!

I have had this watch for a few months now and I LOVE it! It is very versatile and keeps excellent track of my steps everyday. I have had no problems with recording my fitness activities and heartrate, and have used it to help myself train for a half marathon using the heart rate notifications. It works very well in a pool as well, tracking my distances easily and the app has been very user friendly. My only issues are the band was easily dirty and stained and so I did have to buy a new one so it wouldn't look too bad, and I wish I could get something similar in functionality but with a round watch face so it doesn't scream fitness tracker right away. Overall though, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this to others. I even got a similar one for my fiance and he loves it!

I have medical anxiety, and my therapist suggested that I get a watch that checks my heart rate and other information to help soothe me when I start to feel like I was maybe dying. This watch does have the features to check your heart rate, your sleep routine, your activity level, your blood oxygen level, etc. However, it does not do any of these things particularly well.I ended up in the ER after my heart actually went A-Fib, and the staff decided, since we were killing time waiting for x-rays and blood tests, to see how my watch recorded the episode.Reader, it did not. In fact, even though I had a panic attack, was rushed to the hospital, had an IV put in, and had to hobble to the bathroom, my lovely watch was convinced I was asleep and had been. AND if you think it might not have been tight enough, it was very snug. My heart rate was off by about 20-25 BPM, and the oxygen level was beyond off. So while it did lull me into a sense of false security, it almost caused me to ignore a very real medical event. Thankfully the anxiety is strong within me.The watch also shuts off and restarts consistently, and vibrates to tell you every time. In addition, if by some random-but-extremely-common coincidence you touch the face of the watch for any amount of time with any other exposed part of your body, say, you sit cross legged and put your hand on your leg while playing a video game, it takes you to a screen to ask if you really want to keep your watch face the way it is. I get this multiple times a day. As someone who endeavors to wear pants as little as possible, this happens a lot. It is not a watch for pantsless people. But if you are low income, and want something that looks like you might be middle classish, this kinda does the trick. And its durable. It's just a pity that the brand name implies that its from Amazon, when it super is NOT, the app is full of purchasable watch faces, really weird apps you can add that have no purpose, and a lot of stuff written in Chinese. All in all, I'd recommend just saving up and getting a smart watch from Apple or Android or whatever big name company there is. I see the benefits of having a smart watch now, and love it, but the only thing this watch is good for is, well, telling someone else what time it is.
