Laptop cooling pad is quiet and effective, works great. Keeps the laptop from getting too hot while using the laptop for a long period of time. I would recommend it to others.

Good cost performance. Can't complain for $13.Not the best quality, but it does what it supposed to.Adjustable fan speed is good, although I put 100% for all the time.Compact size works perfect for smaller desk.Cons: included cable is cheap. It is loose at the neck of USB connection and need to keep certain angle.

Reviewing Jiang Chun KEROLFFU model 106B 2-fan 13.5"x9.75"x1.25" laptop-cooler-with-angle stand on 2023-01-20: Wow, great cooler, great price, easily fits under any of my laptops, even larger laptops that hang over the edge, nothing slides off, this keeps the air moving up and around the computer, it's quiet ( I may invade it's insides and snip the blue lights - who needs them? Note to manufacturer - save us all a little by not using lighted fans! ). Needs a longer USB cable - I prefer to plug these into a AC-to-USB adapter rather than run this off the laptop that it's trying to cool, though it does have a pass-through USB socket to 'replace' and pass-on the one USB it takes up. It has a rotary fan-speed-high-down-to-off switch for turning it down or off when not needed, or for turning it down or off if the slight fan noise bothers anyone ( when recording, when on the phone, when on a zoom meeting? ). Note, this is not a super high speed super air movement fan system ( look for a 5-fan system instead, for example ), but it feels cooler than the surrounding air and surfaces, so it's definitely working. This is thick, so plan on having our laptop higher than it was, it's not thin, but that means it can use standard cooling fans, and that makes it inexpensive. The grill pops off for easy cleaning ( snip off the 4 little tabs near the front to re-install the top grill ), and the fans pop-out with 2 screws to get to their backs to open and clean and lubricate the bearings, making this easy to clean over time, even easy to re-lubricate the fans. This is a very well-thought-out and mature design. Kudos to Jiang Chun.

Minus 1 ⭐️ for USB cable which could be longer, fan speed kind of slow another ⭐️ less.But it works, is very silent and that should be enough.
