Love this pillow. High quality, comfortable, thick, nice heavier weight that supports the neck, doesn't hold too much heat.

Phenomenal pillow. Comfort, bounce, softness, doesn’t warm up. Probably going to try the higher end ones from Purple. My biggest complaint is that it’s so thick. If it was 2/3 the thickness, it’d be perfect. When I sleep on my side it’s more enjoyable but I toss and turn and end up on my back often. The height causes neck discomfort after prolonged use.

I have nerve damage in my neck and in my head and I probably had a dozen pillows and I don’t use them. I can’t lay on the back of my head so I have to lay on the side. This one holds its strength doesn’t collapse under my weight. It may be too firm for some, but it was just right for me. When I lay My head down the pillow doesn’t sink to the mattress that’s the type of firmness. So my head is laying in like inside the pillow. There’s pillow under me and cushion around my head. It’s hard to explain.

This is NOT the “Purple Pillow” you see advertisements for online. It’s a regular pillow, that is slightly heavier than your average pillow.No neck support, and loses its fluff and shape after about 3 sleeps. Needs to be fluffed daily.For what you’re getting, which is a regular pillow stuffed with plastic (no, they don’t use any sort or feather or organic material, you are sleeping on 100% plastic) this is INCREDIBLY expensive. Ridiculously expensive.I am never one to say something like this, but you can get the same quality of sleep from a pillow purchased from Walmart.Don’t waste your money on this.Maybe the actual “Purple” pillow, but this ain’t that, and I don’t recommend this.

I have been using a My Pillow pillow for several years. After seeing the Purple Cloud Pillow, I wanted to give it a try. There are several types of Purple Cloud Pillows, so I selected this model to try. The pillow seemed comfortable for the first several nights, then I started to get a pain in my neck. After about one week, I had to stop using it and went back to my other pillow. A few nights later, the pain in my neck went away; so, it seems that this Purple Cloud Pillow will not work for me. Disappointed that this did not work for me. A Pillow is a personal preference and some people may love the Purple Cloud Pillow; however, I cannot use it.
